This preparation day consisted of a technical boxing session, with his new trainer Shane McGuigan, in Kent, as well as a strength conditioning session at Dubois’ house in Essex with Cuong Hua.
Training Day is a boxing mini-series focusing on how boxers train for upcoming fights, going behind the scenes inside their camp to show the mental and physical challenges in camp.
