Dennis McCann Is A Wonderkid Nicknamed ‘The Menace’ Who Left School At 11 To Chase His Boxing Dream

Video
Dennis McCann is the boxer who dropped out of school to dedicate himself to the sweet science of boxing…and it paid off. The noise around him is quickly gathering pace, and he is being tipped as a future world champion, following in the footsteps of his idol Nonito Donaire. McCann earned himself the nickname ‘The Menace’ for shaving off people’s eyebrows, when he was a child, now he gets it for his all-action boxing style. People are sitting up and taking notice, as UK opponents see McCann as a money fight, desperate for his scalp. Big domestic clashes are inevitable, but for now he’s focussed on John Chuwa on July 10th, live on BT Sport.
