Matchroom Boxing and DAZN make their return to Italy on October 1st with a card featuring unbeaten super-middleweight Daniele Scardina (19-0, 15 KO) taking on German veteran Juergen Doberstein (26-4-1, 7 KO). A lightweight matchup between Francesco Patera (24-3, 8 KO) and Devis Boschiero (49-6-2, 22 KO) is scheduled to be the co-headliner, which is probably the right decision given that it’s fallen through twice before
The Italian welterweight title will be on the line as Nicholas “The Good Boy” Esposito (14-0, 5 KO) faces challenger Emanuele Cavallucci (12-4-1, 4 KO) in a ten-round affair. Making his return after a victory on the Fabio Turchi vs Dylan Bregeon undercard in April, Samuel Nmomah (15-0, 4 KO) takes on Craig O’Brien (12-2, 1 KO) in a super-welterweight contest.
Also on the card are two Matchroom prospects, Sandy Ryan (1-0) and Reshat Mati (10-0, 7 KO), who will take on opponents yet to be named, as is also the case for Italian super-bantamweight Vincenzo La Femina (9-0, 4 KO).
