Valdez vs Conceicao: Live coverage, 5:45 pm ET

Fighting

Tonight starting at 5:45 pm ET on ESPN+ for the prelims, and continuing at 10 pm ET also on ESPN+ for the “main card,” Top Rank are back with two world title fights and a bunch of their notable prospects in action from Tucson, Arizona.

Note: Top Rank’s Twitter said 6:15 pm ET on Thursday for the prelims start, but ESPN+ are still listing 5:45, so we’ll go with 5:45 to be safe.

All updates for the show will come in this thread. Wil Esco will have round by round for the main card, and I’ll get round by round for the Nakatani-Acosta fight, plus updates and highlights throughout the entire show:

In the main event, Oscar Valdez defends his WBC 130 lb title in a controversial matchup with Robson Conceicao, and the main card portion will also feature Gabriel Flores Jr taking on Luis Alberto Lopez in another 130 lb title fight.

The prelims will see prospects Xander Zayas, Lindolfo Delgado, Omar Aguilar, and Rene Tellez Giron in action, plus a WBO flyweight title fight between Junto Nakatani and Angel Acosta, which is pretty easily the best matchup of the show on paper.
