YouTube star Jake Paul has been accused of forcing TikTok celebrity Justine Paradise to perform oral sex on him in 2019.

Paradise released a 20-minute video to YouTube on Friday detailing her claims. Paul, who has a pay-per-view boxing fight with Ben Askren this coming Saturday, posted to Twitter to deny the accusations. His attorney told ESPN they will be taking “legal action against those responsible for the defamation of character.”

Paradise said her her video, “He didn’t ask for consent or anything. He knew I didn’t want to do anything with him.” She says he was told “no” repeatedly, and that she said nothing about the alleged incident sooner because she had signed a nondisclosure agreement.

“I plan on pursuing this defamation of character case to the fullest extent of the law,” Paul’s response statement read. “There are irreparable damages from these types of accusations, and more importantly, false allegations of this nature diminish those who have truly been victims of misconduct.”
