Keyshawn vs Lemos: Live updates and results

Fighting

Keyshawn Davis returns to action tonight to face Gustavo Lemos in a 10-round main event, headlining a Top Rank card on ESPN+.

The live stream starts at 10 pm ET.

There is a bit of a taint on tonight’s matchup, as Lemos blew weight terribly, coming in 6.4 lbs heavy on the scales on Thursday. He didn’t just miss the lightweight limit, he would be over the limit in the next division up, too.

But Davis, 25, is soldiering on, as he sold nearly 10,000 tickets for a homecoming fight in Norfolk, Va., and Lemos does have to weigh in at 146 or lower on Friday morning for the fight to go on. Lemos, 28, was coming back down from 140 after an April loss to Richardson Hitchins.

Also on the card: Middleweight Troy Isley returns against Tyler Howard in another 10-round fight, and top lightweight prospect Abdullah Mason and Keyshawn’s brother Kelvin Davis, a welterweight, are back in a pair of eight-round fights.
