Posted on 09/21/2022 By: Sean Crose At the time it all made a bit of sense. Floyd Mayweather, although forty years of age and retired, was still considered the single most dominant force in boxing. No one, not even former foe Canelo Alvarez, had positioned himself on the throne Mayweather had vacated. Conor McGregor, on

It looked like one guy wasn’t ready to fight and he was glad the other guy wasn’t either.” So said famed trainer Abel Sanchez of last Saturday night’s Canelo Golovkin battle. It was the first time the Big Bear, California based
Posted on 09/19/2022 By: Sean Crose “It’s hard to deny that Golovkin no longer appears to be his prime self in the ring.” The above words weren’t written after last weekend’s third Canelo Alvarez-Gennady Golovkin fight. Posted on 09/18/2022 By: Sean Crose So now we’re told that Saul “Canelo” Alvarez should have laid out Gennady Golovkin on Saturday night in Las Vegas. This after we’ve been told over the past several years that Canelo was a ducker, a cheater, a judges’ darling and just an overall over-rated product of hype. Okay,
Posted on 09/17/2022 By Charles Jay Canelo Alvarez is consistently a favorite for his Saturday night bout against Gennady Golovkin (GGG). That’s not a secret. But there is some disparity in terms of the odds at which you can wager on either man. It is not Boxing Insider‘s policy to advertise or promote any individual
